FRIDAY - 29.05.09

mahjonggggg-ed and it's the first time i got bao-ed! OMGGG!

i think im damn nervous and blur (the main cause of my mistake!) cos i myself was waiting for a potential 5-tai win!

and i chose the wrong tile to listenn!!!!!! ARGH!

i actually zi-mo my winning tile, THAT IS, if i'd chosen the right one in the first place!

that's why i was so blur i threw a fresh tile which sf gamed and WTH IT'S QING YI SE!!!!!!!! *kill me* hahahha!

nonetheless it was still a fun session.. a reminder to myself next time dont be so blur. LOL!

and right now, I'M CRAVING FOR MAHJONG YET AGAIN!

was supposed to meet up with bei for dinner at NP..

but her younger sister met with an accident.. so he needed to bring her to the doctor..

fortunately she only sufferred minor injuries, like scratches on her legs.. hope they recover soon!

you know when bei told me about it, just nice it was after i got bao-ed in mj..

there and then i was thinking, probably i was destined to lose money so as to like reduce the severity of shiqing's injuries..

i think there's an idiom on this, but i just cant seem to recall..

no matter what, to me it's absolutely worth it if it means i have to lose money just so shiqing could be safe. really.

i think it's bcos i thought about it this way that made me not feel so negative when i got bao-ed. haha..

SATURDAY - 30.05.09

crazy saturdayyyy!

bei and i pigged til 1pm before we dragged ourselves out of bed to prepare...

bought tickets for TERMINATOR SALVATION.

i like the movie pretty much!

was actually sceptical if i would enjoy it bcos i dont really like watching violent scenes..

but it was actually quite a touching movie to me, more towards the end.. or rather, the last scene..

sooooo touching that i actually teared!!!

omg tell me about someone who teared while watching TERMINATOR! lol!

and i seriously seriously think that Christian Bale, one of the male leads, resembles DAVID BECKHAM! especially his mouth area!

omgggg *drools* LOL!

from the movie, "everyone deserves a second chance",

and another meaningful phrase,

"what differentiates humans from machines is the strength of a human heart"

bestie texted for singing, and so it was an impromptu singing session :D

nice la cos i've been wanting to sing for very long already.. lol!

i found the 4 hours pass by super fast!

and i dont feel like i've sang enough!

all of us were famished after that cos we didn't have dinner!

decided to kill our hunger back in yishun, so we NR1-ed back..

who knows, we missed our stop, and continued sitting in the bus thinking it'll end somewhere at Yishun...

we're so damn wronggg!

in the end, we alighted at 798+ area and figured where should we go to settle our hunger..

we girls were for Chompang Nasi Lemak + beancurd while the guys were for somewhere near to NP.

it was a good 20 mins walk before we reached chompang nasi lemak & beancurd area!!!

nasi lemak wasn't open so we bought beancurd over to the malay coffeeshop..

omggg such 'hardwork' before eating the beancurd. lol!

still, it was niceeeee!

ate and chatted til about 4am before we finally cabbed home...

extreme fatigue!!!

SUNDAY - 31.05.09

woke up only at 3pm!

was supposed to acc my sis to the doctor, but i was too tired...

sorry sis! hope your leg recovers fast!

bei and i headed to amk's Jack's for dinner..

it was bei's virgin visit to the amk's branch

finally able to utilise our 'Free Dinner Set' coupon!

omg the restaurant was bustling with lots of families!

the food wasn't too bad :)

just that they ran out of cakes so we had to settle for an alternative for our dessert.. -> choco and strawberry ice-cream

weekends are always filled with joy :))))

that's the way it should be!

just got back from breakfast with baby not long ago :)

thereafter acc-ed him to the bus stop to wait for the shuttle bus to his camp..

silly boy didn't see me when i waved goodbye at him.. he turned to look before he boarded the bus too..

when i asked him if he'd seen me waving at him, he said no.

hahaha i think he's very funny lor..

it's quite a short distance but he couldn't see me..

but during his POP i was at the audience seat and he could see me.

IRONIC!

ok luh maybe cos just now the bus stop area got alot of ppl.

shld think of a way to make myself prominent so that he can see me yea? lol!

i pass bei a blanket for him to bring to his camp..

so budget luh they dont even provide these necessities to them!

but he was still considered lucky to have a pillow. lol!

"baobao good leh.. at night when i use the blanket i will think of you".

haha my silly boyyy!

yday night had dinner over at bei's house ;)

my mum decided not to cook because there're not many ingredients for her to prepare a proper meal (lazy luh nv go market. lol!), so she told me to just head to bei's hse for dinner, which is goooddd! haha!

we watched SHUANG ZI XIN together and bei fell asleep..

my naughtie's tired..

so he decided to go nap awhile before sending me home..

and being the evil girlf, i disturbed him when he was sleeping..

like tickling his feet, using my hair to irritate his neck and face, and laughing at him when he frowned at all those i did.

LOL LOL HAHAHHAHA!

it was reallyyyy very funny to me!

and i guess he couldn't take it any longer and so miraculously woke up (almost instantly) and complied to my request of sending me back. lol!

fyi, i always have a hard time waking him up to send me back home. he's such a heavy sleeper!

and dont ever be deceived by his "5 minutes", cos it'll be as good as a few hours. LOL!

but he has no recollections of those that i did to irritate him in the midst of his slp when i told him about it today morning!

he still apologised to me for frowning and all, cos he hardly ever gets angry or snappy at me.

so dear.. awww.. it's a good thing that he always apologises when he felt there's a need to.

actually bei said he wont be coming back today cos there's a meeting which he has to be at tmr morning..

but just now he said he'll be coming back, so yay!

most prob booking in tonight, but still it's good to spend a few hours together yea?

what's more tomorrow's FRIDAY! hahahah!

okayy i hope i wont get tired later and pig in the afternoon!

i hate sleeping and waking up feeling grouchy at the thought that i'd lost precious time...

here's the mega update once again :))

THURSDAY - 21.05.09

could only rmb this day vaguely... i rmb i was out with Bestie..

oh yah we went to Kelly Services, thereafter settled for lunch at Wisma's Food Republic. by then we were super famished!!

shopped around town and bought myself a dress at F21. i actually contemplated getting the turqoise dress cos i didn't bring my vouchers out with me! eventually i still bought it cos i was afraid if i went back on sat the dress would be gone. as in the correct size. and true enough, when i went back on sat with bei, only the large size was available! PHEW! good decision! hahahaha!

i tried on this dress that seems like im wearing a plain top and a high-waist skirt. it's beautiful! really! but i didn't purchase it.. cos i feel uncomfortable wearing it. well, comfort is the first factor i consider whenever i wear smth out.. so since it didn't pass that mark, then no way am i going to spend money on smth i think i wont wear so often. heh! but but, it was only until i try that dress that made me realise i actually like myself in high-waist skirt!

i've always thought that i would look like shit in it cos im already so short, and i thought being in it would make me look even shorter. but no! i really love the image! so the task is to source for suitable high waist skirt! hahah!

after we're done with Wisma, we walked over to Far East. omg la my feet were aching cos im in my newly-bought heels! spell P.A.I.N.

so i couldn't tolerate and bought myself a new flats! bling bling gems so pretty!!

had dinner over at Paragon's Bakerzin, cos bestie and i were craving for its uber delectable New York Cheesecake.

ultra nice!!!!!

baby called me while i was still outside.. but we chatted for awhile, mainly him telling me about his position for the next day's parade.. both of us wanted to make sure i know exactly where he'll be standing...

bei's not really the person you would want to listen to for these kinda descriptions, cos he got me so confused! hahaha! nearly wanted to appear right in front of him at that moment and give him the super blur look and ask him "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING?!"

hahahahhaha!

after dinner we walked over to PS and went to Daiso. saw celebrity tang yu shu and his wife zeng shi mei. omg the former is very handsome! realllllyyyyy! i didn't know he'll look so suave in real person! just imagine his on-screen looks and you'll agree with me.

but omg he really looks good in real person! reminded me of HK Liang Chao Wei or even Andy Lau!

his wife no need to say la.. pretty as always.. im not so shocked cos she still looks beautiful on-screen. lol!

bestie came to my house even though it was very late already...

she wanted to welcome my exam grades tog with me. lol!

hai.. i knew i would do badly la..

even though i had more As this time, i also had the first ever C+ on my transcript. ugly to the max can!

gpa dipped a little and i was really upset with myself.

i knew i only had myself to blame..

after some coaxing and encouragement from bei, i was fine.

i realised results really aren't everything... and there're still so many things in life for me to be happy about.

grades dont really rule my life like it's not a definite of what i'll be in the future.

bei made great sense of a sentence "if you'd tried your best then there's no regrets. you dont need to feel sad".

in my perspective, i really gave my all, tho it might be considered late. but still, i slogged hard during the 2+weeks and the exam week itself.

i know i couldn't have mugged more, cos i really mugged like crazy already.

so since i've tried my best, i shouldn't let the results affect me.

again, i will say the same thing, i will try my best and strive harder next sem.

the thing i hope for is greater consistency in my work in all modules. only with consistency will the grades improve i presume.

in university, last minute studying really doesn't help much even though i think im the 11th hour mugger.

JIAYOU PRISCILLA! work harder next sem and there's still hope of attaining your ideal gpa! :)

FRIDAY - 22.05.09

today is baobao's POP! this time he's passing out not from Tekong, but from Pasir Laba as 3rd Sergeant! :D

his family members didn't go so i was the only one who went.

before i left house, i used lappy for awhile, signed in facebook and typed "I'll be your best audience".

it was meant for baobei.

cos i wanted to let him know that even though his parents may not be there to witness his POP, i'll always be there sitting in the midst of the audience observing him, snapping pics of him, and i want him to know that my eyes will be glued onto him throughout the parade. haha!

i think i reached kinda early.. like 3pm when the whole thing only started at 4pm.

but being early is good. you get to choose your seat..

and following bei's advice, i planted myself at the bench 5th row from the back.

bei said i'll get the best view of him if im seated there. haha!

individually, i thought the parade was not as grand and neat (in terms of marching) as compared to bei's previous POP from Tekong.

bei said the signal platoons were always asked to re-rehearse bcos of their untidyness. lol!

but still, i enjoyed myself and i realised i really like to see ppl marching in unison with the military band performing!

after the parade ended, i waited for him to get his bags and all then we went to have some food at the refreshment corner.

well the week hadn't come by easily.. and we really felt happy that finally we could spend more time this weekend :)

finally a normal saturday for us!

normal = out watching movies and enjoying! :D

after lunch bei acc-ed me to shop at Wisma and Taka again, thanks baby!

he entertained himself with New Paper. lol!

i bought a red checkered blouse from F21. only left 2 S size. and i spent a long time in the fitting room deciding to get which one. hahaha!

i have always loved Zara's white apparels for their simple yet pretty designs...

when i stepped into Zara, i found myself looking at several nice white apparels!

took 2 pieces to try and told bei "it'll be bad if any of it turns out to look good" bcos of the steep prices! haha!

in the end, i fell in love with 1 of it!

omg!!!!! and it happened to be the more expensive one of the two!

asked bei in to the shop and asked him "how baobao? very pretty leh!"

being the ever so sweet boyf, he offered to sponsor $50 for it :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

after some time, we're finally back at BLUJAZZ!

bei had a hard time answering bestie's gruelling questions of the past. lol!

like why he liked _______ in the past... why he dont like me after liking me for some time... why why why. lol!

very funny and interesting.

some other like, did he feel like taking care of me when i was hospitalised 4 years back for my spinal surgery, and omg his answer was yes! hahahaha!

he said "i wanted to feed her porridge that time but she dont want".

of cos luh.. that time we weren't together yet ma.. so i thought it's weird if im accepting his gesture. right?

and we both agreed we wont be together if we'd not been in the same poly. lol!

it was sweet hearing bei said the feeling he has when with me and loving me is different from what he'd felt for other girls in the past.

and when bestie asked him "why you like her back?" and "did you think of wanting to be with her?", bei said yes he'd thought about it and said cos his feelings for me were very strong.

actually i thank bestie for asking those qns for me. it's smth i'd always wanted to know but i never want to ask bei myself. cos i think it feels awkward?

right now, im really assured of bei's love for me. i mean, not that i am not in the past.. but yea, now it's like im happy to hear him saying his xin1 li3 hua4. :)

thank you baobao for loving me.. we've really been through alot.. i still rmb those times i used to cry over you.. nobody could understand what i'd gone through then..

but im really contented that we're together now.. even if i were to be crying over our quarrels or what nots now, it's smth part of our beautiful memories.. it's smth that we're going through to strengthen our relationship.. and it's smth that reminds us that we're so in love with each other.

i really cherish you as my boyfriend and sincerely thank you for everything, from your unconditional love&care, to your promise that i'll always be the only girl in your heart :))

as usual it was a stay-home day with baby..

he cooked me my fav porridge! thanks so much love! you never once rejected my request to have you cook me the yummy pot of porridge..

i was craving for it partly cos my throat was in so much pain that i could only consume porridge-like stuff...

we watched shuang1 zi3 xin1 together at Mio Tv, and we're done with 5 episodes!

cant wait to watch the rest of the show with you :))

ohoh! and we finally finally completed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bei reported to his new camp today.

omg we're both veryvery happy cos he's posted to a SUPER slack unit!!!!!!!!!!!!

everyday 8-5, everyday nights out (be back by 12am) and the most impt thing,

CAN GO HOME EVERYDAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!

omgomgomgomgomgomg!

means i dont need to always look forward to weekends to seeing my naughty boy already!

cos he can book out after 5pm and we can meet up at night :))))))))))))))))

another wonderful thing is, there's shuttle bus service to and fro his camp FROM YISHUN!

so he can save on transport :D

i told him he really doesn't have anything to be unhappy about already.

so yday he booked out from camp and met up with bestie and i at vivo for dinner..

too bad he's not coming back today, cos he has a morning exercise tmr and he's afraid he wont be able to reach on time.

but but! he's coming back tmr :DDDD yayness!

i hope my mom's not cooking tmr, so that i can go his hse for dinner. hahahaha!

2 good news from bei!

FIRSTLY, his charge matter had a veryvery good outcome! really didn't even think of it la!

it's even better than what it would have been if he'd accepted the charge weeks ago.

really lucky :))

SECONDLY, bei was notified of his posting today..

and he got into 6 Signal, which apparently, is a very slack unit!

woohoooooo!!!!!

fortunately not 3 Signal! which is the most dreaded unit of all!

3 of his bunk mates got into it and they cant stop complaining. LOL!

lucky boy!

oh, now then i realised there's another good news!

we can go see bei's parade this friday already! yayyyy!

gonna snap lots of pictures!

and i make sure i dont miss my boy when he marches past us again.. hahhahaha!

so happy!

oh! yah and! we can have a long weekend this week!!!!

actually it's not long la.. shld say, a normal weekend..

why do weekdays always pass by so slowly?

every day i'm hoping for time to zoom past and when the weekends are here, i wish they could slow down...

yday night i was sick suddenly.. felt veryvery ultra cold even when im in my jacket and wrapped tightly in my blanket plus i didn't on the fan.

it's the first time i'm feeling this way.. and i was really feeling terrible.

at that moment, how i wish baby was right by my side..

he had guard duty yday night.. so when i called him in the midst of my misery, he couldn't pick up my call..

when he finally finished his duty at 1am, he msged me and i called him immediately.

cried and cried..

cos im feeling so ill so sickly and i really want him by my side..

can time just pass by faster so that friday will arrive soon?

i was reading my previous entries and memories relived in my mind...

all the scenes of bei and me.. all the things we did during the weekends.. how we enjoyed ourselves..

my smiles formed upon reading through those entries, those memories..

hai.. both of us were actually looking forward to this friday's parade..

but, seems like we wont get to....

anyways, i hope the matter would have a reasonable outcome..

i miss you baobei..

hopefully you can book out this friday and only book in on sunday...

i will take good care of myself..

sorry for not being asleep now though u asked me to sleep by 1am.

crazy weekends

this weekend only had very little time with baobao cos he got confinement on both sat and sun... so sad!! somemore last weekend he was also confined on sun.. :'(

he booked out on friday and met me at our vicinity's bus stop.. bought KFC back to his house for dinner..

then acc-ed him til about 230am before he fetched me home..

we slept at around 3am and woke up at 530am the next morning, which is only 2.5 hours of sleep..

saturday morning, i acc-ed baby to cck cos he gotta book in by 745am.

we had mac for breakfast and soon later he got to go le :(

it's the first time i acc-ed him to the interchange to wait for his bus190 with him..

hai.. even though it's very little time spent together, i really treasure every min i have with him..

cos actually he needed to book in on friday night, but he was still allowed to come out and book in only the next morning.. so we had a few moments together..

train-ed back alone and reached home at 815am.

couldn't get to sleep so i watched 心星的泪光 starring 言承旭 and 关颖. veryyy nice!!!

and within a day, i watched 10 episodes!! can u believe it! hahaha!

having smth to do made me feel time passed faster..

bei booked out at 10pm.. and by the time he reached yishun was around 1050pm.

we bought tickets for Star Trek at Yishun's GV.

hmm i dont really like the movie.. maybe cos it's not very realistic.. i realised i prefer practical storylines..

i was totally agonised by the 2 bats that were flying around in the theatre when the movie was going on.

at first i thought they were just birds, which were already quite frightening when they fly past and get so near u.

then bei told me they're actually BATS! and true enough, they were!

it was damn scary can!!

so more than half the time i wasn't able to pay full attention to the movie as i was busy dodging the flying bats. LOL! like seriously~!!!!!!!

i was intimidated luh! bei had to wrapped his arms around me and when the bats flew near us, i grabbed his arm very tightly. hahaha..

"dont scared baby.. baobao will protect u de.."

before the commencement of the movie, i still qn-ed bei why did the GV staff gave us the last row when the front ones were still empty -> better view. but when i saw the flying bats, im quite relieved we're at the very last row!

what a terrible movie experience.

i thought having mosquitoes around was worse! this is really the last straw!

i swear i'll avoid Yishun GV at all cost in the future!

so anyways, after the movie went to mac to find eunice..

haha this girl here's feeling energetic even after half a day of shopping and chilling outside...

chatted and chatted.. until 6+am!

from night to daylight! haha so long!

bei had breakfast and he had to go off soon to book in.

i didn't acc him to cck this time cos i was ultra tired too..

plus i still have mj a few hrs later, so i reckoned i shld get some slp..

had 4 hours of slp and woke up at 1130am.

mj meeting at 1230pm!

i think mj is a gd way of slimming down! cos whenever i meet my friends for mj, i will have light breakfast and it'll last me all the way til night. no proper meals at all!

oops bet bei's gonna 'scold' me for neglecting my meals..

but seriously, i only had a cup of meiji coffee and ljs's clam chowder soup for the whole day!

AND SO I AM FEELING SUPER HUNGRY NOWWWW!

gonna find some snacks to fill my stomach and maybe continue watching my 心星的泪光 :)

met up with my uni friends today to catch a movie..

ANGELS & DEMONS.

nice show!!

i would say it's a brilliant movie! reallyyyy!

it's sort of like a solve-the-mystery movie. it's amazing how the ppl in the show get clues for their next 'task' and how one clue leads to the other etc. veryvery intriguing!

an interesting twist to spice up the ending!

im really wow-ed by the movie.

so long since i last purchased movie tickets at student price! hahahah!

hmm nth much, after the movie walked around for awhile then headed back home..

initially decided to have dinner with my friends.. but yea dont really feel like when __________.

so i went home for mummy's cooking!

PORRIDGE! I LOVE PORRIDGE! hee!

i miss baobao's porridge!

FINALLY today i can say to baby "See you TOMORROW".

omg this TOMORROW sure didn't come by easy!

bei said his feet are covered with blisters after the 40km road march..

so ke lian! gonna sayang his poor feet tmr..

hope he books out early!!!
