woohoo, the time now reads 6.52pm and im still in the library. -_-" i dont know why it took me soooooooo freaking long to complete a particular section. fyi i reached at 10am, so that was a good 8 hours. i almost went bonkers in the afternoon lar! so right now, i finally completed my final report, but still have one thing which i had to checked on. irritating lar! but basically, im done with all the typings! it came up to a whopping 31 pages, which im certain will go higher than that after i add in the appendix section.
it is super exhausting ok! i swear my eyes are very very tired now, and my shoulders are aching. thanks to the several hours of typing. argh, gonna take a break.
i tell you smth which happened yday night. i dont know why i was super silly and forgetful lar! damn dumb can..
alright here goes.. yday night while switching my money and card to my anna sui pouch (bcos i dont want to bring my whole wallet), i realised i 'lost' my ez link card. searched high and low for it, but still cant find it. damn pek cek and sad lar. cos bei said if i were to make a new one, it will cost $20. i dont want to waste money, so im sad. but the funny thing is, we cant figure out how i lost it. cos when i alighted the bus, it's still in my wallet. so the only conclusion we found out to be possible was when i was at the ntuc buying some stuff for mom. but it still seems ridiculous that my card will drop off from my wallet while taking my money out. so bei told me he'll make a trip to the ntuc and ask the cashier ppl if they'd seen it.
this morning, he called me and said there was no sign of my ez link card. so again, i was super sian-ed and sad. but he told me "it's ok baobei.. luckily you never lost me hor..". i was putting on a glum face the whole time while we were walking to the mrt, and there bei was, trying his best to make me smile. he told me "baobei, you dont sad sad ok? you sad sad i also will sad. you happy i also will be happy". so i decided i should not let it bother me, since it's true like wad bei said "it's only a card".
then, when i reached the library and took out my laptop, i opened the screen and SAW MY EZ LINK CARD KIAP-ED IN BTW IT! wahh, that moment was happy like siao lar! kept smiling like an insane woman. seriously, i dont know why i was so dumb. to think i din even see it while searching for it yday night. -______-"
but at least i found it back!
okay, going to get out of this coollldddd place already. i feel my fingers telling me that they're getting numb. lol. okay dokey, bye peeps.

firstly, let me say that im very happy bcos, the weekends are here!!!!!! =))) SMILE PEOPLE!
today woke up early cos having trishie tan's bday celeb at 12pm at Suntec City. bei acc-ed me to the mrt and then he went for his swim&sun-tanning session. thanks boy! we were super funny lar.. we kept bidding goodbye to each other until those really really cannot see each other that kind. then i was up at the platform while bei was downstairs.. then i kept smiling and waving goodbye, until i think the uncle beside me thought i was crazy, cos he looked down and then looked at me puzzedly. LOL.
anyways, we celebrated trishie tan's (sorry, but that's what we normally address her, haha!!) bday at Kushin-Bo. she reached first despite being her bday. omg, at least i was 2nd! got to know one of their friends, Max. Kushin-Bo's WOW. damn nice lar their food! ok, maybe not for their soft shell crab. other than that, everything kinda suited my fussy niao niao palate! their sashimis are really fresh! oh yah, and the teppanyaki beef cubes, damn yummy lar!! why that time i went dont have that one?! their wide range of desserts are nice too!
baobei!! next time bring you go ok? PROMISE* and i hope when we go, they have the teppanyaki section!
stomach was really bloated after the buffet, so we walked around and digested the food. (you have been warned to go with an empty stomach, and fill it with all the yummy food there!) straightaway i went toilet liao! effective digestive system eh? lol..
they went arcade and play while i watched. hmm, i dont like the arcade environment.. too chaotic and damn painful to my ears.. a while later, weena asked me "follow her go toilet", but actually is go to Secret Recipe and buy a cake for trish. haha.. when the bday girl came, we can tell she was surprised!
had some laughing over our chat, and very soon, i had to go off cos meeting bei at yishun for a movie. i never knew having a camera is so fun. cos all i do is snap SNAP AND SNAP! it's so addictive!

To me, I Am Legend is an incredibly good show. i like the way they organised the whole plot. even the flashback style coordinated very nicely with the flow of the movie. everything that wanted to be conveyed came out so clearly. but the movie's a lil silent though. i mean, what can you expect with only one MAIN cast right? soo very often, i hid myself behind bei's jacket, fearing that smth will just pop out from nowhere and make me scream. haha, cos one of my seniors watched the show already and told me "You will scream". wa lao, keep me in suspense only lar! i wont say you will scream, but perhaps, you may scream. depends on individuals i think. oh yah, the dog's soo beautiful too!
yes, i was saying how good the movie is. i mean, Will Smith really acted very good in it! his emotions were vividly expressed.. so much so that i as an audience can put myself in his shoes and feel for what he's feeling. it's quite sad too. i cried. ='( so long since i last cried in a movie. but oh well, i guess noble acts by ppl who sacrificed themselves so as to save others are always my soft spot.
i liked how the movie ended as well. not the ending in the aspect of the storyline. but the physical effects of the ending. kinda had a pun feeling. the last sentence of the movie was "Light up the darkness", and when this sentence was shown, the screen was black, with no pictures, no people, no scenery. then, immediately after the sentence was said, the theatre's lightings were switched on! LIKE INSTANTLY! super innovative can~!! so it's literally lighting up the darkness!
a good movie with a unique plot. 5/5.
after the movie, went to NP. all i wanted was to go to the 2nd level of the mall to take pics with bei (i told you having a camera is addictive). but i ended up in G2000 blu. LOL! many things caught my eye, so i gave my nano to bei who was waiting outside for me, and told him to listen to the songs first.

Yep, cos the timings are diminishing soon, so we had no choice but to compromise to cwp cathay's timing, if not we would never get to watch it again. hmm, the movie's kinda disgusting, simply bcos i dislike movie with alot of killings and bloody scenes. but oh well, you'll get used to it while watching it.. bcos, you just have to, if not 80% of the time you'll be shutting ur eyes. haha..
well, bei and i bu4 yue1 er2 tong2 rated the movie 3.5/5 stars. no WOW kind of thing.. simple story, with an average storyline. i say, the x factor of the movie is the cast. i must say the director (or whoever) is clever enough to pick those 3 manly hunks to act, if not, i dont think i would ever watch it. so yep, that's about it.

After those camwhoric moments, we went for our dinner, with bei's stomach grumbling already. haha..
actually i wanted to treat bei to Kushin-Bo, but upon reaching, we saw the poster which states that dinner (after 7pm) costs close to $50 per person after including gst and everything. and that's like kinda ex lar.. considering im on a tight budget now. so i told bei i'll bring him there again after the festive season (which caused the jacked up of prices), probably during jan or after our attachment. so sorry to bei, cos i told him i'll be bringing him there, then he already set his mind that 'ooh we're going there to eat' then suddenly told me next day then go. he must have felt disappointed, but i know that he understands perfectly.
feeling really apologetic, (cos i really wanted bei to enjoy his xmas meal), i let him choose which restaurant he wants to dine at. in the end, he chose Tonkichi. well, at least he still had his japanese cuisine!

we had a hearty chat over dinner.. the marriage topic was brought up. well, not so much of marriage, but the wedding day itself. i told him my friends (esp bestie) will surely zhen2 shi3 ta1 (play him out/make things diff for him) on that day, cos it's not easy to win my hand (HAHAHAHA JK!). as in, he will have to pass alot of stages (or obstacles if you prefer) in order to see me on that day. i told him perhaps they will ask him to name all my favourite stuffs.. and he went "aiya, easy lar.. i know lor.. your favourite colours are orange and purple [to which i added white], your favourite are dresses and heels [not so much of the latter], your favourite restaurant is Jack's Place, your favourite no. is 6.." then i told him he can expect smth even more challenging like, they may ask him to sing songs.. then he said "sing lar.. i also not scared. i sing ur favourite chorale songs lar [afterwhich he continued with a 'you raise me up~' by Josh Groban.. hahahaha!!]". i told him things aren't going to be so easy. and i cant tell him what to expect because i myself dont know. but he told me he has thought of alot of ideas to propose to me, or smth relating to our marriage, which i dont know if its true. hahahahaha! so bestie, see that u make things real difficult for him yeah? =P

LOL. thanks to bestie's member card which saved me $10+ out of the $53. good buy bcos there's a free belt, the design is nice, and the texture is good. so im a happy girl =)))))
walked as fast as i could to the mrt station cos bei reached already. so happy to see my boy!! it's always heartwarming to receive his open arms whenever we meet. ;))

after K, went to Wisma to help bestie check if her top was available. but no, the outlet din even have the design lor.. afterwhich, we headed to Wheelock's Fish&Co to have our dinner. while waiting for our turn, this guy suddenly stood on a high chair (so high where his head touched the ceiling), held a plate of ice-cream&brownie and fire cracker on his left and right hand respectively, and soon after, the Fish&Co staff started their very own Bday Cheers and song. super fun batch of staff i must say! then after the song, a staff held the cake far away from the bday boy, and they gave him a straw and asked him to blow the candle off, with him still standing on the high chair! there's quite a distance lor! but not impossible lar.. just that, knowing that soooooo many pairs of eyes are on you makes your heart pumps faster. lol.
anyways, each of us had their Seafood chowder soup and shared a seafood platter for 2.

anyways, our next stop was Vivo City! we seldom visit that place.. cos kind of inconvenient since we have to change mrt lines.. but since i have the feeling of going there today, we went! i saw this Warehouse's top which i tried and liked. but bcos of the steep price, i din purchase it immediately. thought i may see smth i like which is cheaper so i put it in my pending list first. walked around, but still went back in the end to get it! =)) having sale now ma, so still okay lar.. the original price was $79, but after 40%, it's $46. hmm, maybe shall save it for cny, since it's only a month+ away...
went to have our quite late dinner at Superdog. damn nice lar the burger!! but the chilli cheese fries kinda not that nice.. kfc still nicer.. but their normal fries are nice lar! bei and i had a good chat there =D

Wednesday, naughty boy was late. so it got me into a fit, cos seriously, i cant stand ppl being late. especially since my dear boy knows this dislike of mine. hmm, thinking back, i know im a lil unreasonable cos he didn't do that on purpose, nor was he late bcos of any other invalid reasons. he was just tired. but oh well, he knows why im angry and that's good enough. he msged me during his break time and said "baobei.. can call you ma?" apparently he's afraid i'll hang the phone on him. lol. when we met at 6+pm, he bought me magazine featuring the Star Awards as the main topic, and also got me kinda beuno. he knows i like to see/read any news on the Star Awards, so that was really sweet of him. =) thanks baby. you always have a way with me, dont you!
Thursday (which was yday) was a holiday!!!!!! holidays always make us happy!! slept til about 1+pm, called baby who's still sound asleep, woke him up (oops!) and met up soon after. off we went to bugis! oh my, the basement level has so much changes!!! go see people! it's really a food paradise there. REALLY!
bei and i had pastamania for lunch. sad to say, the standard was kinda bad. soup wasn't warm enough, pasta sauce was a lil different, and the worse thing was, bei only finished half of his meal. from that alone you can tell how terrible the food quality was!
anyways, after our lunch, we headed to Sim Lim Square. we found our own way there... haha, not that hard though. it was our first time going there together.. that place's foreign to me. cos, im not a gadget-y or electronic person. in fact, im bad at all the technological advancement! nvm cos i still have bei the pro to guide me along =D
well, all i can say is, IM SUPER HAPPY. =DDDDDDDDDD

thereafter, we went to Raffles City to look for bestie. passed her her stuff, and she gave me an xmas pressie!! SO SWEET LAR YOU GIRL! thanks!!!!!!!! and, stop working lar!! you need a break, you need to enjoy the festive season!!!! and, MEET UP SOON SWEETIE!
treated my lovely boy to Sushi Tei for dinner =))) he had his chicken katsu don with egg, while i had my mini salmon don. we shared a chawanmushi and got a soft shell crab handroll each. hmm, quite okay lar.. but i still prefer the Paragon's outlet. for our dessert, we had this mochi-like ice cream, which apparently wasn't sufficient to satisfy bei's dessert craving, and so we ordered coffee balls. when it came, they mixed chocolate ones with the coffee. fortunate cos bei prefers the choco ones, while i prefered otherwise. so funny lar when bei realised he ate the green tea flavour 'mochi'. he leaned close to me and said "sorry baobei!! sorry!" lol.. not a big matter lar boy! he continued "baobei let's order one more.. i feel like eating 3 more.." the 'set' comes in 4, if you know what im trying to drive at. =)) we definitely had a great dinner over there. really love the times spent with my darling boy. fun, nonsensical, and lovely. =DD
TODAY. so tempted to get MC lar, cos if i do, i will have 6 days of break! but of cos i din! i wont lar.. im a professional team mate okay. i wont leave my mates to clear up things for me. LOL!!! moreover that job's kinda jiat lat, selected for QR somemore! omg! so today OT til about 630pm. luckily lovely came to tanjong pagar to wait for me. and when my lift reached the platform, he was just outside =))) really good to see my boy after a long day of work! despite all the calls we had in between, seeing his real person really really perks me up!!
my sweetie bought some puffs for me! he went to bugis, and got 2 very very yummylicious delicacy for me!

anyways, i was saved from vouching that 15 samples of operating expense. though it's considered very few samples, it's super duper difficult to locate the documents. S really had a hard time over there!
tmr's wednesday and i'm very happy, bcos the next day is a HOLIDAY! CHEERS!!!!!!

my current job's good cos i can acc bei to aljunied every morning =)) it's always good to see him a while longer.
it's also good bcos it's super duper convenient, bcos when i get out of the lift, i cross a small road, and i reach the building.
soo, the bad thing is, very pressurised, bcos this job's selected for QR (quality review), so all of us have to give it our best shot, making sure all the documentations are proper and accurate. how to not be stress right...

met up with baby, and headed to cine to buy our movie tickets. yay, 3 more stamps and we'll get the free membership or gift vouchers! not easy okay.. we spent about $150 to get that? anyways, The Warlords's timing that we wanted only left first few rows.. so change of plans to watch Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium, since bei didn't want to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks, which i think he regretted. lol.
had our lunch at Hip Diner USA since sis gave me a whole stack of their food vouchers!! $15 off total bill lor, sucha good deal. so we went to try out their food. not too bad you know!
